Feds Expand Investigation of Chipotle for Illegal Workers

An audit conducted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement forced Chipotle stores in Minnesota to fire hundreds of illegal workers. ICE has now expanded its investigation to the Chiptole stores in the District of Columbia and Virginia.

The Denver-based fast food chain received notice of inspections at 60 stores in the District and Virginia. The enforcement action is part of the Obama Administration's worksite enforcement efforts that take the attention away from the illegal workers and onto the employers themselves.

“If they cannot provide legal documentation, then we cannot legally employ them,â€

All illegal aliens must be deported.
