President Barack Obama recently reignited the immigration debate when he told reporters that congressional leaders of both parties were ready to “actively get something done and not put it off until a year, two years, three years, five years from now, but to start working on this thing right now.â€

WOW, I actually have hope now that this Amnesty won't pass!
Either way he loses the other sides votes.
If he loses the Dems, it won't pass.
I can only hope.

We don't have a broken immigration system; we have a broken ENFORCEMENT system.

Ruben Navarrette Jr. couldn't care less about America. All he cares about is promoting his racist cause.

He could care less that so many Americans are unemployed and that amnesty could be the death blow to the livelihoods of so many.

He could care less that with the so called "Good" people here illegally, so have some of the worst this country has ever known.

He could care less that his shameless promotion of amnesty, if accomplished, would be devistating to American culture and the high standard of living we've built for ourselves.

He only cares that people of the same color and ethnic background get US citizenship, regardless of their character or criminal background. To him, race means more than supporting and bettering this country that has afforded him so much opportunity.

What he doesn't realize is that if he gets what he, La Raza and LULAC want; he likely won't like the results.

The votes aren't there for the Obama administration to achieve its desired immigration reform, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said Friday.
