Police: 10 arrested in marijuana bust

MIDVALE » Police have arrested 10 people at three locations in what they say is a marijuana importation and distribution ring.

The Salt Lake County sheriff's office made the arrests of nine adults and one juvenile Thursday at three locations in Midvale and West Jordan, both Salt Lake City suburbs. Police say all of those arrested were believed to be illegal immigrants.

Salt Lake County sheriff's Lt. Don Hutson says officials believe the group had regular clients who bought marijuana.

At one location, agents seized 13 pounds of marijuana.
