ZAVALA II

On January 21, 2011, plaintiffs filed their opposition to Wal-Mart’s motion to dismiss. So far 47 named plaintiffs have joined this new lawsuit which was made necessary by the Court’s June 25, 2010 decision to decertify the class in the collective action. We may be required to have 47 separate jury trials, but we will be ready. Do more individuals wish to join?
