(Washington D.C.) On Tuesday, December 15, Congressman Luis V. Gutierrez (D-IL) will introduce new legislation, the Comprehensive Immigration Reform for America's Security and Prosperity Act of 2009 (CIR ASAP), to the U.S. House of Representatives. What:
Introduction of Comprehensive Immigration Reform Legislation

    When:
    12:30 pm, Tuesday, December 15, 2009

    Where:
Room 2220, Rayburn House Office Building

"We have waited patiently for a workable solution to our immigration crisis to be taken up by this Congress and our President," said Rep. Gutierrez. "The time for waiting is over. This bill will be presented before Congress recesses for the holidays so that there is no excuse for inaction in the New Year. It is the product of months of collaboration with civil rights advocates, labor organizations, and members of Congress. It is an answer to too many years of pain --mothers separated from their children, workers exploited and undermined security at the border-- all caused at the hands of a broken immigration system. This bill says 'enough,' and presents a solution to our broken system that we as a nation of immigrants can be proud of."

    Numbers on Immigration

His Numbers on Immigration MUST take into account our available resources, the impact of mass immigration on our environment, and the cost to taxpaying American citizens in EVERY aspect from law enforcement and incarceration, to all the other services that Americans pay for that they CAN BE elligible to receive..His entire piece of garbage legislation is based on whats best for his personal ethnic group as Guiterez is a racist, ethnic-special-interest politician...

    Currently THEY DO NOT...

Immigration and the debate regarding it MUST INCLUDE input from the American people because it is OUR COUNTRY...The politicians just WORK FOR US and are supposed to take that into account

I think we need to be on the telephone to our Representative's and Senators' offices just as soon as this announcement is made to serve notice that 1) U.S. citizens and legal residents-regardless of race, color, and/or economic circumstance-who oppose amnesty remain alive and well; and 2) we are not going to go away.

Hey guys this is Saul Alinsky all over again.

Watch the right hand not the left.

Code Red protest on the steps of the Capitol Bldg is Tuesday Dec 15th at 1:30.

HOW do you make sure the coverage on TV is NOT about a protest against health care by what could be hundreds of thousands?

Have a big announcement about immigration in the house!

Right you are Tbow009! Another costly garbage AMNESTY bill they are trying to stuff down the throats of the hard-working, tax-paying American citizens. This one must be obliterated.

On Tuesday, December 15, Rep. Luis V. Gutierrez (D-IL) will introduce new legislation, the Comprehensive Immigration Reform for America's Security and Prosperity Act of 2009, to the U.S. House of Representatives. Gutierrez will have the support of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.

An estimated 15-20 million illegal immigrants will grab the golden ticket enabling them to come out of the shadows and become American citizens. The immigration reform legislation comes at a time when the country faces 10 percent unemployment and bankrupt states from coast to coast.

This overly ambitious Congress has passed a plethora of bills despite stubborn recession that continues to put a grip the U.S. economy. Here is a sampling of programs House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) has passed just this year; $700 billion financial bank bailout, $787 billion stimulus, $1.5 trillion health care expansion, $200 billion doctor fix, $800 billion cap and trade and a $250 billion omnibus spending bill.

This spendingpalooza is over and above the Iraq/Afghanistan war and yearly federal government budget spending obligations. Where’s the money coming from?

Nevertheless, Congress will tackle immigration reform during the worst recession in 25 years and which is expected to add an additional burden to American families.

“We have waited patiently for a workable solution to our immigration crisis to be taken up by this Congress and our President,â€

    Illegal Immigration

The politicians in the US Congress have to work for US citizens. Where in the world politicians work for illegal aliens? The United States is the only country where illegal aliens are not deported. We must oppose amnesty and remove all those politicians from office who work for illegal aliens. WE DO NOT WANT AMNESTY. DEPORT ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS. LET GUTIERREZ KNOW THAT WE WILL OPPOSE HIS BILL. GUTIERREZ MUST BE REPLACED NEXT ELECTION. HE MUST BE REPLACED BY AN INDIVIDUAL WHO WILL WORK FOR US CITIZENS.
