    Stringer said Spradlin was very good at detecting fake cards because of his border experience and the rest of the unit tried to learn from him.
    So Spradin caught 3 who were using fake ID, plus one on an expired visa and he gets fired?!?! Seems like he was doing a better job than the MP on base. We should have more people like Spradin. I hope he wins his case.

    ENID — Dealing with illegal immigrants at Vance Air Force Base is a very complex problem, but security staff constantly are training to a better job, said Col. Chris Nowland, 71st Flying Training Wing commander.

    “It’s a complex situation because we’re dealing with living, breathing, thinking people who are seeking employment. If they are here illegally, they are using identification cards and when we find one, they change cards,â€

    After what happened at Ft Hood this should be front page news across the country..unfortunately people just think of it as the status quo.
