A Federal grand jury in Wichita this week indicted two illegal aliens from Mexico who were arrested in May in Chase County.

Tomas Barraza-Ramos, 50, was indicted for unlawfully re-entering the United States after being deported for an aggravated felony conviction. He was found on May 17 in Chase County.

If convicted, he faces a maximum of 20 years in federal prison without parole and a fine up to $250,000.

The case was investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
