Two illegal immigrants who used stolen identities to work in Sheboygan County were sentenced to jail this week in separate cases.

Alfonso W. Garibay, 44, and Ramiro Rosales-Rosales, 19, were sentenced Tuesday to 90 days in jail before they are deported, records show. Both were convicted of felony misappropriating ID info to obtain money.

Rosales-Rosales, who was living in Sheboygan Falls, was charged May 6 for using a Florida woman’s Social Security number to work at Zimbal Minkery in Oostburg since June 2007.

Garibay, of Sheboygan, was charged in March for using an Illinois woman’s Social Security number to work at Willman Industries in Cedar Grove since at least 2004.

Both were given credit for time served since their arrest, 73 days for Garibay and 10 days for Rosales-Rosales.
