    Wow.......

    how lame of an answer could he have possibly given.... how about looking at the cost savings on all of the citizens from crimes that would have stopped

    funding is the key complaint we have been hearing at the local level. State funding would be helpful. If Congress is serious about alternatives to border security etc funding these lea-Ice partnerships should be a high priority.

    It would help decentralize a frozen beauracratic process.
