Former Whitman housekeeper Nicandra Diaz Santillan ("Nicky Diaz") is a criminal. She committed social security fraud, filed fraudulent I-9 and W-4 forms, lied to an employment agency and the Whitmans - not to mention she is in the U.S. ILLEGALLY. But DHS Sec.

Napolitano doesn't seem to have the foggiest idea what to do with her. Is it really that complicated? If one of our readers went out today and committed those crimes and admitted it on TV, how long do you think it would take to find yourself with handcuffs?

Martha Stewart spent at least 6 months in the Federal pen, for "lying" or trying to obscure insider information from her stockbroker, who happened to be her long time friend. She did not cost the American taxpayer one red cent for her "crime", but had to actually do time anyway for interfering with a federal investigation.

Contrast Martha Stewart's so-called "crime", with the crimes of varying severity committed by illegal aliens. No one cared about Stewart's "family" separation, no one cared that when she was gone her business and pets and the people who worked for her would suffer. They used the full force of the law to punish her for a petty white collar "crime".

There is more to the pass on criminal invaders than just the lawbreaking. I'm afraid to think how pervasive this invasion has infiltrated our law enforcers and the real reasons we are drowning in illegals in every town and village throughout the US.

why do they get away with breaking the law? This i think is what makes me the angriest with these illegals! The poor me attitude and doing what ever they want to do here.
