How to post photos and videos instructions and tips.
How to post a photo ... in a few easy steps :lol:
1. Place your mouse over the picture you want to post.
2. Right click your mouse
3. Look at the menu .. the last entry ..at least on Windows XP is "Properties" .. right click on "properties"
4. A window appears with various information regarding the photo ... what you want is the Address (URL)
5. Use your mouse to highlight the URL only .. example ...http://wwwi.reuters.com/images/w148/amdf906166.jpg
6. control + c to copy the URL
7. paste the URL into the ALIPAC posting screen
8. highlight the URL with your mouse by running the mouse pointer over the address .. when highlighted it will show up with a blue background
9. click on the "Img" box above .. this will code the URL as an image
10. post .. your picture should appear

Tips
1. Try to keep your photo descriptions brief and to the point.
2. Feel Free to create new categories for photos.
3. Try to watch out for duplicates if you can.
4. Same rules that apply to our entire forum apply to the posting of photos.
5. Try to size your pictures to be viewed in just one screen.

a picture worth a thousand words
I wanted to post two pictures from a recent trip but after reading all of the directions i still can't get them to post.
one says coronodo national forest
followed by
travel caution
smuggling and illegal immigration may be encountered in this area.
these signs are everywhere on national forst land. the land I believe "we pay for"

You can sign up for free and set up your own album.
Then you can download your pictures there and use the IMG code, copy and paste it into our forum.
