Thank you Sippy....Needed that especially today.

We have a friend who recently returned from Iraq, I will never forget the time he called to choke out the words three of his friends had fallen. I will never forget how he sat around our firepit and recounted tales of heroism though he spoke in a humble manner, telling how he was wounded witth sharpnal to the chest, how he had fled from incoming enemy artillery which almost took the leg of a friend, how he was in an explosion caused by an IED and lost yet another friend. Only to say at the end...He would gladly to so again.

What I will also remember is Brad's disgust at the MSM interpretation of the War in Iraq and that it resembled nothing that was going on there.

The violence was relegated to small areas, the people in Iraq that he worked with, including the Police and Military he aided in training, appreciation, The way he smiled when he spoke of the gratitude and love he felt, among Women, Children and Men in Iraq.

It IS because they are there we will be less likely to fight terrorist here.
