Receiving Criticism At An Anti-Illegal Immigration Protest
These two critics came to deride Minutemen and other border security advocates this past Saturday, at a rally in front of a day labor site in Orange County, CA.

Ah...the cameras, always the cameras! And then these same people will complain about a "surveillance society." We ryn into the ones with little green hats that say "Legal observer" from the National Lawyers Guild. Apparently they want to stake out surveillance, physically harass people and then sue?
As far as the first guy.... perhaps the US did some wrong, but only by the standards which our culture has promoted. Anything less than total democracy, total technological intelligence and total charity----all Western Values-----becomes a target for angry criticism. According to him we have no tight to preserve that culture. So because the U.S. did something wrong, that justifies people pouring into our country unfettered in violation of federal laws ... all the while costing taxpayers a fortune?
I've heard that tired old refrain before, gee, I don't know how many times. Many people start hollering about the Iraq War when they see us protesting illegal immigration. I've never understood the connection, but in their minds it makes is acceptable for illegal aliens to openly flout our employment regulations.
