They found a video on liveleak (waving shotgun, using my name, my address and rendering threats, etc) that may violate the law and they're actively monitoring it. The clown who made it is going to jail I'm quite sure.

Well this guy spoke english well, so chances are he's just one of the multitude of "gang bangers" we have in California; maybe not illegally here. Nevertheless, he clearly implied a threat which included the weapons he displayed. Add to that he made a phone/internet threat......doesn't that make the FCC become involved and therefore open him up to federal charges as well? And how about the mandatory 10 years for weapons involvement?

They guy that made this video needs to be charged with domestic terrorism.

He should have to face the law!!! Anyway to track him down by phone or IP address? Or do they just track down the white collar crimes and hackers? Anyone contacted the agent? I bet he would like to know who it is too.

I tried the link, but get some guy harassing a guy over the phone about racism, but he speaks english like the rst of us americans.

But if he's done what you've explained William, you should get ahold of Homeland Security, since this would most likely fall under their jurisdiction.
