2 illegal aliens have been using this man's social security number for over 12 years.

Mortage, loans and debt collection headaches. Government does nothing.

Guess our government only cares about the extra money coming into SS.

And we know this must be happening to countless other people.

Why isn't IRS and Social Security notifying us? Every case must be solved and researched immediately. Why didn't the debt collectors E-Verify?

Are medical records of illegal immigrants going to state their home country?
Are they going to be deported? If not why not?

Are the fission center going to get warrants and go after illegal immigrants?

You know the Supreme Court just said, they are only useing the number they are not identity theives and can't be heavily fined or prosecuted under the Identity Theft Laws.

I got so mad watching that.

Dixie, I remember that thread from a few weeks ago. Do you think the people in the video could send a certified letter to the people using it? If they continued, then they might be able to be prosecuted more heavily. While it might not make a difference, it could make them feel better.

The government’s actions or lack thereof, is just mind-blowing! These legit American’s can’t get a loan because someone else has stolen their Social Security Number. This is one of my greatest fears as I’m very concerned about my credit. These guys come in and can screw it up with a few transactions.

So now we have to purchase Identity Theft Insurance for over $100 a year to try to prevent it while the criminals go free. It doesn’t make any sense.

All Americans should have the right to know if someone is using our valid Social Security Numbers. Stop the insanity!

Yes this is happening everywhere in the US I'm in ohio I had the chance to get a number that an illegal is using I ran a check on it and it belongs to a person in McHenery, Ill. She was working on this number giving it to hospitals and doctors in Ohio and Michigan All I can say is I'm glad its not my number cause she had a c-section done someone is going to be getting a bill. And here is the real kicked, the county knows this and has her in a shelter paying for her food, attorney,and anything else she may need, and not deporting her she even flat out said she is illegal that she has no legal documentation. But no one will deport her. I can tell them to check out these dairy farms, they have a bus load of illegals using Americans ss number.

What a pathetic statement on our times...we have no one within our government with the courage or the will to stand up to this fraud and abuse in our country. It just continues to multiply
