    Lincoln County Board to Take Official Stand on Illegal Immigration?
    A proposal to force Lincoln County to take an official stance on illegal immigration will not move forward.

    A witness on hand for Tuesday night's county board meeting tells us only three members voted in favor of the idea and the rest rejected it.

    Supervisor Bill Zeitz proposed the idea.

    He says its important to send a clear message to the federal government that illegal immigrants should not receive amnesty now or in the future.

    Opponents say Americans don't realize how important immigrants are to the economy.
