    I fully agree with this article, unfortunately, the vast majority of legal scholars on the net, from both sides of the issue, believe the Supreme Court will refuse to take the case. Seemingly our the courts long ago decided that in this government "of the people, by the people and for the people" WE THE PEOPLE do not have the right to question the powers that be.

    I suspect if Obama Is elected we will see months of legal wrangling that
    will further harm this country,but it appears we cannot fix things until we hit bottom.
    I'm old with many opinions few solutions.

    I will never accept nor comply with anything Obama wants me to do!!! I refuse to take orders or pay taxes to someone that wipes their butt with the Constitution!!
