Free dinners

I noticed a Hispanic restaurant on Green Bay Road just south of Washington Street that accepts Link cards and WIC cards. How can I sign up for these cards so that I can go out to dinner also? I thought that WIC and Link cards were supposed to help poor people feed their kids. This seems like the old days when liquor stores could take link cards for booze and cigarettes. My Social Security check is not big enough for restaurant dining, thus I need a WIC card or a Link card or maybe both because my wife needs to eat, also. http://www.suburbanchicagonews.com/news ...
