PUSSIFICATION: 21 Shameful Ways We Are Forcing Children To Be Sissies

PUSSIFICATION: 21 Shameful Ways We Are Forcing Children To Be Sissies

    By Clash Daily / 12 November 2013

    1. We punish them for being brave

Teen Prevents Knife Attack, Gets Reprimanded

    Source: nationalpost.com
A Calgary student was scolded for being involved in an incident with a weapon. Sounds pretty legitimate until you realize that he was stopping a potential stabbing from happening in his classroom. School officials hope to make the wayward vigilante an example to any other student who foolishly mistakes saving a life for an act of heroism.
    2. We make them fear friendship

Kindergarten Girl Suspended for Threatening to Use Hello Kitty Bubble Gun

    Source: jezebel.com
A young girl was temporarily removed from school for talking about using a bubble gun that she didn’t even have with her. In a typical five-year-old statement, the girl is quoted as saying that she wanted to shoot herself and her friends with the gun “so that they could all be together.” Such adorably flawed logic melts the hearts of most people, but for her school district, it was enough to spur a three-hour interrogation.
    3. We don’t let them be themselves

Deaf Preschooler Asked to Change Name Because ASL Version Looks Like a Weapon

    Source: theblaze.com
One preschool is demanding that a deaf three-year-old change his name because the way he signs it could somehow be mistaken for a weapon. School officials claim that the whole thing is a big misunderstanding, but are continuing to ask the boy to change his name, leading many to wonder exactly what the misunderstanding is.
    4. We punish them for sticking to their beliefs

    Girl Suspended for Touching Pill

    Source: huffingtonpost.com
A seventh grade girl in Indiana was suspended for ten days for violating her school’s drug policy by saying “no” to Adderall. When one of her classmates offered her the pill and placed it into her hand, the girl declined the drug and returned it to its owner immediately. School officials kicked her out of school for possession, and the girl decided that next time she’d say, “Eh, maybe once,” to drugs.
    5. We reprimand them for pulling harmless pranks

Teen Arrested for Yelling “Bingo” in Bingo Hall

    Source: newsone.com
A boy was arrested for causing alarm to patrons because a bunch of elderly players looked up when he walked into a bingo hall and yelled “bingo.” While the judge pretty much laughed off the case, getting cuffed over a case of boys will be boys is a pretty harsh overreaction.
    6. We force them to be more dependent.

Mom Arrested for Letting Kids Play Outside.

    Source: conservativenewscentral.com
A Texas woman’s neighbor called the cops after seeing kids playing outside in the cul-de-sac where they live. The policeman who arrived at the scene proceeded to take the mother to jail citing reckless endangerment of children, presumably because arresting people is way more policeman-y than not arresting people. The woman spent eighteen hours in prison, and your hard-earned tax dollars wept silently in the corner.
    7. We don’t let them play with their food

    Seven-Year-Old Suspended For Gun-Shaped Poptart

Source: elitedaily.comA young boy received a two-day suspension for biting a toaster pastry into the shape of a gun. The NRA gave the boy a free lifetime membership because one good lapse in logic deserves another. The student’s school offered counseling to anyone who was affected by the shocking sight of a half-eaten Poptart, which surely made the school psychologist feel like her Masters degree was finally being put to good use.

Obamacare, job losses got Dems down? Pivot to gays, amnesty and climate change

Posted by Mike DeVine on Nov 10, 2013

The Liar-in-Chief exposed as King Lear as his signature Obamacare implodes and 720,000 drop out of the workforce in one month.

Insurance policy cancellations and security lapses at HealthCare.gov (when potential victims can get the identity-stealing website to “work”) have interrupted the body politic long enough. Time for Democrats to roll out their favorite pets to distract Americans from their serial failures while branding Republicans as heartless bigots. The only questions are, will enough Republicans cave or will King Obama make more “law” via executive fiat?

Liberal Democrat-defined diversity and other such paternalistic fetishes trump Liberty (and the wealth, happiness and less poverty it produces) every time it’s tried. The current iterations of our national non-football past time (apologies to those like yours truly who are even now counting the days to when pitchers and catchers report) obsessions with the plight of gays, lesbians, bi-sexuals, transgenders, and undocumented immigrants living in the shadows of a planet at risk from man-made global warming. Or at least changes in the climate of one sort or another that should prompt Americans to raise the price of energy on the poor. It seems that in ObamaDems’ amoral universe, food stamps and other welfare dependencies are options equal in their minds to personal and family independence via non-government labor at good wages.

What else can one conclude when liberal democrats propose ending with ENDA (the Orwellian-titled Employment Non-Discrimination Act of 2013), even more profit-making enterprises by forcing employers to hire or not fire obviously mentally disturbed, gender-questioning individuals who act out whimsically-preferred sex roles, dress inappropriately and/or have functioning genitals removed? Consider that last week:
…the Senate began debate on S.815, which essentially invites lawsuits on private employers who refuse to accommodate the subjective and transitory behavior of various “gender identities” – among them transsexuals and transvestites. For the purpose of the bill, the term “gender identity” refers to “the gender-related identity, appearance, or mannerisms or other gender-related characteristics of an individual, with or without regard to the individual’s designated sex at birth.” [Democrats refer to ENDA] as the next Civil Rights Act…implicitly comparing African Americans to the aforementioned groups, [thus] creating a protected class for people who suffer from a mental illness and think they are the opposite gender.

Imagine you are a small business owner, and one day a cross-dressing individual shows up and agitates for a job, and regardless of your beliefs or business, you can’t say no to their obvious socially discordant appearance. Think of a scenario where a person shows up and demands he-she use the opposite gender bathroom at the office? Imagine a female employee complains to you that a male worker is harassing her in the bathroom (this is already happening in schools) because “they” chose to identify one way, but act another? Imagine you run a day-care center and are confronted with a worker of either gender who openly engages in bizarre sexual-identity behavior around the children? If you choose traditional scientific understanding over political correctness, you would be fined under this bill by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Even the limited religious exemptions in Section 6 of this bill are only afforded to religious organizations, not privately owned businesses.

But on Monday, Democrats [had already] picked off [seven]… Republican[s] who voted for cloture – Susan Collins, Dean Heller, Mark Kirk, Kelly Ayotte, Rob Portman, Orrin Hatch, and Pat Toomey. What did the members get in return for the vote on cloture? A phony religious liberty protection: Senate passage of ENDA seemed more and more likely Wednesday after the Senate unanimously accepted an amendment by Sens. Rob Portman (R-Ohio) and Kelly Ayotte (R-N.H.) protecting religious groups exempted under the legislation from government retaliation. That amendment likely secured the vote of several other Republicans pushing for that language, including Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.).

This is a classic one-sided…deal. They will vote for a bill mandating the hiring of cross-dressers to any position as long as the government doesn’t retaliate against religious groups. [And on Tuesday] the Senate [rejected] phony amendment. In exchange for his vote for cloture, Senator Toomey secured a vote to “expand” the religious protections. The underlying bill only exempts those groups whose “purpose and character are primarily religious.” Toomey’s amendment would [have] expand[ed] that to organizations that are partly religious in nature, such as a school that teaches religion for part of the day. But what was missing all week were any protections for private business owners – religious or otherwise. If you own a daycare center or any other business and object to the dissolute behavior of a cross-dresser, you are out of luck.
Hopefully Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) - who voted for a similar law when Democrats ran the House – and like-minded, timid-of-the-PC-police, Republicans will get their minds righted on the jobs recession when the bill arrives on Speaker John Boehner’s desk. Hopefully they will be able to withstand the below-type attacks on Big Business that seem to have already co-opted too many in the GOP:

If that doesn’t engender (pun intended) a North Pole-like chilling effect on job creation, consider that, before the president’s non-apology, apology for insurance policy cancellations (directly and indirectly made necessary by the Obama’s health care bill that then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi assured must be passed quickly so that we could find out, later, what was in it); our Chief Executive promised a renewed commitment, by executive orders if necessary, to fighting climate change:
President Obama has a chance to craft a second-term legacy on climate change even as the rest of his agenda runs aground in Congress. Gun control legislation is dead [and to] make matters worse, what was supposed to be his signature first-term achievement — ObamaCare — is suffering from a disastrous rollout.

But there’s one thing that’s going right for Obama: Executive action on climate change is moving full-speed ahead at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). “He may be able to do more through climate change [rules] because the EPA has the authority,” Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) told The Hill on Thursday. The most far-reaching piece of Obama’s climate plan is carbon emission standards for the nation’s fleet of existing power plants, by far the largest single source of industrial carbon emissions. The EPA is also writing standards for new plants.
Finally, in case there are any non-IRS/EPA or congressional staff jobs left in America after Flip Wilson’s Geraldine rules the non-coal heated workplace formerly known as The Home of the Brave and the Land of the Free; the affirmative-action-for-cheap-labor aka immigration reform aka amnesty, bill is working its way up the there-is-nothing-to-see-here, economy-and-Obamacare-avoidance, agenda. Thankfully Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) has turned against a comprehensive approach and, hopefully will inspire more Republicans to muster the courage to represent their legal constituents who need good paying jobs and a secure border.

Defense Secretary Hagel More Concerned About Gay Rights Than National Security

Posted By Dave Jolly on Nov 9, 2013

If you really want to know what a person’s priorities are, just look at what they are spending most of their time doing. For instance, Barack Obama has been telling Americans that he is all for the middle and lower class people, but all of his efforts have shown the opposite. He has systematically made life more and more difficult for middle and lower class Americans. Obama claims to be a Christian, but all of his actions say that he is against anything Christian and for anything Muslim.

The same thing applies to the Secretary of Defense, Chuck Hagel. To begin with, I have always questioned his qualifications to hold this position. His military career spanned a whole two years, from 1967-68 in Vietnam. Most of Hagel’s life has been spent as a businessman, lobbyist and US Senator from Nebraska. There are a plethora of men and women who have a greater understanding of the military, how it runs and what its priorities are than a 2 year veteran from 46 years ago. Perhaps that’s why Obama appointed him to the position because he knew so little and would act as Obama’s puppet, much like Eric Holder does in the Justice Department.

Since assuming the role of Secretary of Defense, much of Hagel’s time has been spent on gay rights in the military. He immediately jumped on the bandwagon of his predecessor Leon Panetta who announced the military would extend benefits to unmarried same-sex partners just prior to his stepping down from the post.

Hagel has spent much of this year pushing gay rights in the military and taking action against any military personnel who believe that homosexuality is a sin. Air Force Senior Master Sergeant Phillip Monk is a prime example of the Hagel pro-gay policies. Sgt. Monk is stationed at Lackland Air Force and has a spotless record for his 19 years of service to his country, that is until his commander asked him a personal question. The commander was talking with Monk about her upcoming promotion ceremony and mentioned that she thought the chaplain who was scheduled to deliver the benediction was a bigot. She told Monk that it was because the chaplain preached that homosexuality was a sin.

According to Monk, he objected to the commander’s statement about the chaplain. She then asked him for his personal views on homosexuality and commanded him to answer honestly. When he stated that in accordance with his Christian belief that homosexuality was a sin, his commander immediately relieved him of his position. Monk’s case is not the only one of this type and under Hagel, the number of similar cases is growing.

Last week, Hagel spoke at an Anti-Defamation League centennial dinner in New York. In his speech, he attacked a number of states that have refused to allow same-sex couples to apply for their benefits at National Guard facilities. If Hagel had more military experience he may have known that National Guard units are run and operated by the governor of each state. The only time the federal government can override a governor and federalize the National Guard is in times of emergency or war. In times of war, the Pentagon can call up National Guard units to deploy into action, but the rest of the Guard units and facilities remain under the control of the governor.

Instead of worrying about state run National Guard facilities not being allowed to sign up unmarried same-sex partners for military benefits, Hagel should have been talking about the lack of military combat ground forces. Under Obama’s military cutbacks, the Army only has two combat Brigades that are trained and ready for action. This is why so many National Guard units have been called into action in Afghanistan.

Hagel also has his underlings focused on gay rights in the military rather than actual national defense. Undersecretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness, Major General Jessica L. Wright (Ret.) recently spoke at an event hosted by the German Marshall Fund of the United States. Retired Lt. Col. Allan West points out that the website for this event was titled ‘Mission Critical: Transatlantic Security and Diversity.’ The website explained:
“It is a security imperative for military leaders to proactively advance diversity and inclusion (D&I) best practices, [because of the] rapid demographic change [and] advances in gender and LGBT equity and a new generation of veterans in NATO countries.”
West commented about the event’s emphasis, saying:
“Silly me, I thought a trained and ready force needed to be proficient in its war fighting tasks in order to fight and win our nation’s wars – that was what mattered for mission success. It seems this new perspective on our military is based upon the misguided progressive socialist vision of social egalitarianism.”
Starting under Panetta and now under Hagel, the Department of Defense is spending more time and effort cultivating their acceptance of gay rights and diversity than they are building up our military combat forces. It’s more important to Hagel and company to extend special privileges to LGBT military personnel than our national security is. Hagel was not appointed for his military leadership, but for his willingness to advance Obama’s gay agenda in the military and the country’s military defense be damned.
