    It makes no sense at all to vote for this bill. Congresscritters have had their arms twisted the same way Bush twisted their arms on CAFTA ... threatening to pull highway funding out of the transportation bill for their district, threatening to do this and do that, to coerce the vote. Presidents should not have access to our Congressional offices or Capitol except for the State of the Union Message.
