CIA Using Viagra to Bribe Afghan Warlords

The CIA has developed a novel incentive to gain cooperation and support in Taliban-plagued Afghanistan - handing out libido-enhancing Viagra pills to targeted village patriarchs, according to a report in the Washington Post.

I am sorry folks.. this country is led by complete idiots at best and moronic corrupt thieves on the other end of the spectrum ... I have had it and they have too go

Good ole CIA. They are already with bloodied hands (like sending Fidel Castro exploding cigars and gifting him a diving suit that was poisoned, which immediately comes to mind.)
The result of this little insane fiasco is a lot more Afghan babies taught in the way of the warlords. So what have they accomplished besides a continual, reproducing Taliban to threaten the country for future generations to come? Good way to stop the threat is to increase the population that makes up that threat.
