These brief exchanges took place during Margaret Thatcher’s last speech in the House of Commons on 22 November 1990.
While socialist cry foul when wealth gaps widen between the upper and lower classes they fail to ask the question if everyone is better off than they were ten years ago (in terms of purchasing power, standard of living, etc.).
