The Homeland Security Department is set to grant permanent residency to tens of thousands of immigrants before the FBI can complete a required background check.
Eligible immigrants are those whose fingerprint checks reveal no criminal convictions or arrests, but whose names have not yet cleared the FBI’s criminal or intelligence files after six months of waiting, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
Those who do not clear the name check will have their legal status revoked and be deported.

Yes, isn't it wonderful, guess they are trying to process as quickly as they can to alter our elections once again.
Also, Zoe Lofgren, Dem of Mexifornia, was wrong in her reply to Mrs. Jenks of Numbers USA; you could consider the terrorists who hit us on 9/11 were in that "microscopic" number possibly to be rejected.
No Green Card should be issued without proper oversight and checks.
Considering all the "funny" ID's running around this country, this should be a priority before issuance of any card.

If there isn't the money and man/woman power to check these people in to the country to make sure of their documents etc then guess what, that means there isn't the man/woman power to patrol these extra people when in the USA so I suggest only allowing in the number of people that can be properly checked and monitored. Too bad so sad for those who want to come in to the USA, I'm worried about the safety of my fellow country men and women not some one who wants to come take jobs and social services away then cry foul when the hand outs stop.
