Even with the reindeer games they were playing with the polling places and the pandering to the illegal alien vote.

the Dems really tweaked a lot of their base support with
their shameless pandering this past week
Hillary visited not other parts of Vegas than the ones that were
heavily illegal alien
The moderate Dems better feel slighted because neither of these
dem candidates don't care a bit about them
Only illegal foreign nationals have their eye

Romney
I had forgotten how many mormons live in Nevada. I heard Romney owns Nevada..casinos and all. Big business you know? Makes sense he got a lot of votes.

The Mormon vote is negligable in Nevada..
Mormons are 7.5% of Nevada's population and that includes children...
A large percentage of those are Democrat so the repetition of "Mormon Vote" win for Romney in Nevada is baseless..
Nevada was a closed Republican Caucus and the base likes Romney..
(I am not Mormon, btw..and I don't care much for the religion..but many Mormon's have been in public office for generations and the religion is not a problem..The Mormons adhere to Separation of Church and State)

the caucus I attended voted for Romney because of
his economic experience and his stand on illegal immigration
And yes , it was closed , Only repubs there
Including legal immigrants that spoke out on bi lingual , they are
not happy about it

Romney wins in the West because of immigration and economy..He wins the Republican base when religion is not a factor
It is Huckabee who is shamelessly exploiting his religion for political advantage and who campaigns in religious settings..garnering support from the pulpit..So does Obama..
I find that offensive and would be the first to repudiate that stance if Romney were playing that card in the West

Every church in this country has their own doctrine and beliefs
I am not a mormon but their religion does not offend me in the least , I am a German Lutheran , What I do see in the mormons are high moral values , decency and a strong sense of faith ,
The only think I really have against them is that one of my old
bands had a really good bass player that was mormon, When it was his
time , he had to go on his 2 year mission for the church , He spent
2 years in Australia , all expenses paid
Good bass players are hard to find
