Keyes California court lawsuit questioning Obama's eligibility to be President:

1. pro-Obama person: On another site, a pro-Obama person claimed that the Keyes lawsuit was poorly written and it had several factual errors.
He said Keyes should get some better lawyers.

2. For instance, he said that a key Hawaii statue cited by Keyes---338.178---either did not exist at the time Obama was born, or it was written long after Obama was born: According to this person, the statue may have been written in the late 1970s or early 1980s, while Obama was born Aug. 1961.

3. Hawaii statues 338.17.8 or 17.6: I think the person said he did not find any 338.178, but he did find either 338.17.8 or 338.17.6, which he says were written in the late 1970s or early 1980s.

4. My point is this: Did Keyes make a mistake when he referred to statue 338.178, because it does NOT exist, or it did NOT exist at the time Obama was born back in the 1960s?

5. Or is the person wrong who says Keyes made a mistake in referring to Hawaii statue 338.178?

Thanks for your help.
