Very good there Airborne! Nice find!
What a lot of folks don't realise is, that habeas corpus is the foundation for all the ammendments. It is pivotal to them and the suspension of just habeas corpus in part suspends the Constitution, and the Ammendments to it. This is very dire as it secretly strips us of our remaining rights, and most people don't even realise it. Like Goethe said, "there are none more hopelessly enslaved than they who believe themselves to be free."
Not much has been said to it. But there was a reference I heard of [congress?] maybe bringing up the need to re-institute habeas corpus as it is essential and wholely American and necessary to our nation.
