    Photojournalist chases men who fled accident - no doubt IAs

    This is so totally typical of life here in San Diego. Two men, neither having driver's licenses, driving an overloaded dump truck flee the scene on foot after overturning the truck on HWY 78 in S.D. North County. And as usual, not a single local San Diego news station reported on this.
