Obama, "I could tell you but I'd have to kill you"

"I could tell you but I'd have to kill you"

    01:51 PM

The best line of President Obama's exchange with Philadephia talk show host Michael Smerconish actually came before the two went on air. Making chit-chat as they waited for their cue, Smerconish kiddingly asked the president if he could reveal anything from the "book of secrets." The reference was to the title tome in the 2007 movie National Treasure: Book of Secrets. In the thriller, the president of the USA gets to peruse the mysterious volume.

Like any dad of pre-teen kids, the president was clearly hip to the plot. After telling Smerconish that "I could tell you, but I'd have to kill you," Obama added that he didn't want the radio host messing around with any of the buttons on his presidential desk.

If you don't get it, rent the movie.

Don't reward the criminal actions of millions of illegal aliens by giving them citizenship.

I saw that, and it was cute. The Smerconish kids had asked about what was the best secret in the Book of Secrets.
