    The Brillig National Debt Clock has not been updated to include any bailouts or loans, except possibly the initial $350 billion the FDIC gave to investors (European financiers, Arab oil sheiks, and Chinese manufacturers) who were bilked by the Clinton-era expansion (in 1995) of the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977. So add anticipated bailouts to that figure.
