    A Portland man is talking about a hit-and-run that left him lying in the middle of the street, pleading for help.

    Earl Thomas said he was at a crosswalk on 82nd Avenue and East Burnside Friday around 1 a.m. Friday when he was hit by a car with no headlights.

    “I got two to three steps out in the intersection and it came from nowhere and just clobbered me,â€
