Man Accused Of Giving STD To 5 Year Old Girl

It's a story of child abuse like no other. 23-year-old Daniel Ramirez Jr.
is accused of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old and possibly giving her a
sexually transmitted disease. That is the mother's main fear, as a result
of abuse her little girl may now have a serious infection.

The victim's mother told Action 4 News she would never put anybody in
this position if they didn't do what she saw with her own eyes. But since
she filed a police report she's been threatened "Since then I've been
scared and intimidated by him and I haven't been able to come forward and make things right, and now I'm going to set things right for my daughter"
said the girl's mother.

Daniel Ramirez Jr. appeared thursday in front of Judge Mary Alice
Palacios, charged with aggravated sexual assault of a 5-year-old girl.

A police report obtained by Action 4 News, states Daniel Ramirez was on
top of the five year old female child while they were alone in a living room.

Ramirez denied the accusation to an Action 4 News camera, "everybody
knows me, and everybody knows what I'm about."

"It hurts that he's trying to make my 5-year-old seem as if everything
that comes out of her mouth it's not true" said the victim's mother.

The female child was taken to a sexual assault nurse examiner to conduct
a sexual assault forensic evidence examination, but some results are
still pending.

Ramirez remains behind bars on a $2 Million dollar bond.

Maybe the ALCU can come to the defense of this man (it would give Lou Dobbs something else to embarrass them about)? In my opinion, if proven guilty (only after a fair trial), then I believe this man should be eligible for the death penalty. May seem a little rash by some, but why take advantage of a 5 year old girl and have the priviledge to think about it for life? It just doesn't seem right!

Unfortunately, the ACLU doesn't get embassed !

Maybe we could sue the ACLU for misrepresentation and demand that they remove the word AMERICAN from their name as they no longer represent Americans?

I could not agree with you more. Pedophiles cannot be rehabilitated, and will commit the crime over and over again. This behavior cannot be tolerated.
