    Sadly our society has little use or respect for seniors sign of the times I guess.
    I'm old with many opinions few solutions.

    Not all societies are selfish like ours. In Asia, the elderly still live with and are taken care of by their children until they die.

    Americans left that ancient tradition at least 25 years ago.
