Disaster: U.S. Military in Africa in Direct Contact with Ebola Patients

We were first told that the 4,000 U.S. troops that President Obama ordered to Liberia would not be in direct contact with Ebola patients.

The Pentagon has now confirmed that some troops will be in direct contact with persons infected with the deadly virus.

The President’s decision is irresponsible to say the least. Many of these troops have zero experience in dealing with a deadly virus such as Ebola.

Why were private contractors not used for this mission? If our soldiers are infected, will they be used as an Ebola vaccine testing group?
