I will have to try to watch it at 9. Can you summarize a little what was said?

First five minutes he tells you what you will live without if we don't have oil. Everything you have around you right now, including the keyboard you are typing on will not be around. Everything that is made of plastic will no longer exist, bottle waters, kids swing sets, hair brushes, parts of your cars, on and on and on. Asphalt, diesel for the fuel to get food to the market. Packaging for your food items and way more.

I would love to have a DVD of this show. Can anyone record this for us. I would love to have it. I'll pay for the DVD and shipping.

I would record it for you but I don't have any way to do that. We're thinking about buying the converter thing that will allow us to transfer DVR recordings to our computer but aren't set up for that yet.

I have a VCR but it's hooked up to a different TV. Sorry. Hopefully someone else can record it for you.

Thanks Lynne. I've emailed Glenn Beck to see if he can't produce them. Our kids need to see this. I need this to refute the libs in my area. This guy is giving such good information. We are being lied to by Pelosi, Reid, and the rest of them in the environmentalists pockets.

Mohawk is making a "green" carpeting out of corn, instead of oil. I guess if times get rough you could eat your carpet.

Did you know that Olefin carpet is made of recycled plastic bottles, yep made from petroleum. Look around your house look at everything including some of your shoe soles. It's frightening to think what would happen. Back to horse and buggy, back to dirt roads, candles, back to cotton everything without any mix so we have to iron everything again.

We are also diverting corn from food to make ethanol where there is no market it for it yet. We have few gas stations equipped for it, few cars that can truly run on it and helping to starve nations that need our corn.

This is a politically correct, environmentally group controlled problem that can literally harm the middle and lower income people and they don't care.

Gogo, your last statement is SO true. It is harming people already, just the higher prices of gas has been killing us, and so many other people I know. My brother is a private contractor, and he has not been able to use his truck half of the time, he has resorted to taking the bus system to and from work (and riding with anther guy), and he lives outside of our metro area (the bus he is using is a small town bus system).

On more than one occassion I have had to go get him at his co-workers place, as he could not take the bus with all of his tools and sheet metal (he installs and works on gas furnaces, appliances and such), ridiculous, just ridiculous.

We have barely been able to keep the gas gauge on 1/4 of a tank at prettty much all times. However, today, our local ARCO station went down to $3.79 a gallon, I was pretty excited. They said on Fox today that it looks like it will continue to go down too (~~sigh of relief ~~!!).

Lol, my DVD stuff is attached to the PC. I still have the old VCR thing, but it works..!
