Imagine a machine tunneling seven miles per day through solid rock, boulders and clay...virtually anything below the waterline.
A machine whose heart is a compact nuclear reactor circulating liquid lithium at 2,000 degrees F. through a rotating face that melts a tunnel 40 feet in diameter; even injecting magma into fractures in bedrock for extreme solidity, sealing the tunnel with a glassy lining, and leaving no excavated material behind.
Imagine a subterrene.
The nuclear subterrene was born at Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico. Patents were taken out in the 70s. And since their mission is a menace to public interest, subterrenes have been minimized from public awareness.
It might be safe to say that subterrenes are the hottest tool going, underground. A kind of nuclear nightcrawler.

People in thrall of establishment power are sloppy with the American-fantasy terms “freedom” and “democracy”. Then there are people more aware of America as a (theoretical) republic, with liberty and justice, depending...and some who even understand that America is a classic pathocracy.
In his book, Political Ponerology: A Science on the Nature of Evil Adjusted for Political Purposes, Andrew Lobaczewski defines pathocracy as:
"A system of government created for a small pathological minority that takes control over a society of normal people."
“Normal" people, in this context, are those with a conscience, a soul.
It can be difficult for a person of conscience to relate to psychopaths...difficult to understand the zero shame, and selfishness all the way to not wanting to share their planet with human garbage.
Psychopaths also benefit from the vague public notion of “What comes around goes around”. Who would attack the environment, propagate poverty, misery and death and a radioactive future—who would deliberately devastate their own nest?
Underground DUMBs connected by supersonic train systems are a tender topic for the elite. So their mainstream corporate media (MSM) buries DUMBs and the supporting black-operations (Black-Ops) budget. Never a peep.
People involved with DUMBs, those courageous enough to risk being suicided—their leaked information suggests there are over 100 DUMBs ranging between 2.5 and 4.3 cubic miles, and two miles deep. The ultra-classified Black-Ops budget is supposedly 25% of America’s gross national product (GNP), or about $1.25 trillion annually.
Elite control over the internet might seem debatable, until you consider the scrubbing, or polluting, of useful information about DUMBs and the public wealth irrigating them.
The government’s elitist posture suggests: “Yeah, public interest, we’re gonna hang you. But you gotta pay for the rope.”
Wouldn’t it be more shocking if the elite did not have secret fortifications?
Churchill’s “High Cabal”
Amid depths of WWII, Winston Churchill gazed at a large map, and reflected:
“Unrestricted submarine warfare, unrestricted air bombing – this is total war.”
There had been a massive raid on Rotterdam that night. And in Churchill’s seeming meditation, he added:
“Time and the Ocean and some guiding star and High Cabal have made us what we are.”
Cabal, derived from Cabala, according to Merriam-Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary:
1: a medieval and modern system of Jewish theosophy, mysticism, and thaumaturgy marked by belief in creation through emanation and a cipher method of interpreting Scripture. 2a: a traditional, esoteric, occult or secret matter b: esoteric doctrine or mysterious art
Who might have known better than Churchill about a High Cabal controlling—or, Rothschilding humanity?
“One World Cabal”, or simply, the elite, are terms Churchill might use today.
The elite's pathological inhumanity seems to enhance their finesse at executing plans for global domination over centuries...as well as perpetuating their malevolence across generations.
Georgia Guidestones, FEMA Camps, Coffins
The highest bluff in the area of Elbert County, Georgia, is commanded by blue-granite slabs called the Georgia Guidestones.
The four corner slabs are inscribed on each face with messages in eight different languages (English, Russian, Hebrew, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, Spanish and Swahili) involving the four major themes of: 1) Governance and the establishment of one-world government 2) Population and reproduction control 3) The environment and man’s relationship to nature 4) Spirituality.
Some people see the Georgia Guidestones as the NWO Ten Commandments:

7. AVOID PETTY LAWS AND USELESS OFFICIALS

Though the elite don’t actually say, “We must eliminate over six billion people”, what else could they mean...?
Over 800 FEMA “camps” are fully operational in America. Staff, and full-time guards await declaration of martial law to deliver those who disagree with the government.
FEMA camps have Red/Blue lines same as Nazi extermination camps:
Red List – These are enemies of the NWO. Two weeks before martial law they could be taken from their homes and flown to camps for immediate extermination. Generally, these are people in leadership roles or other public positions.
Blue List – Also enemies of the NWO but not necessarily leaders. After martial law these people could be rounded up for “re-programming” in the camps. Survivors will be used mostly for slave labor.
Back in 2004, FEMA issued Gunderson steel an order for 107,200 full-length railroad cars, each with 143 pairs of shackles, capacity for 15,329,600 prisoners.

The Koch brothers, David and Charles, have been known as, "The billionaires behind the hate". The Tea Party, a populist uprising against vested corporate power, brought to you by vested corporate power; largely Koch-funded.
The David H Koch Hall of Human Origins wing of the National Museum of Natural History now presents, the David Koch version of mankind's evolution as dictated by climate change. The Koch plague infected the Smithsonian since David gave the Institute $35 million to fund his multimedia "exploration". The exhibit distorts the entire concept of anthropocentric climate disruption. There's even an interactive game about humans adapting to climate change—always have, always will. Bottoming things out is the concept of people building underground cities and developing small, compact bodies with curved spines so negotiating tight places will be easier.

A superpower controlled by the elite, crammed with folks brainwashed by the elite. Superpower pathocracy, public devolution, tyrannical plans spanning centuries—anything might happen.
What really frightens the elite is the public waking up and fighting for their own best interests.
Public awareness, coordination and focus of potential public power...are such things possible?
