Video - UN security stops questioning of scientist about Climategate

The Climategate email scandal continues to intrude on the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP15) in Copenhagen. A documentary filmmaker tried to ask Professor Stephen Schneider of Stanford about the messages at a press conference but was escorted out by United Nations security.

Phelim McAleer, a film director and producer, tried to ask the professor for his thoughts. While Schneider fumbled for a response, his staff tried to pull the microphone from McAleer. After the formal question and answer period, McAleer sought to query Schneider further. Instead, an armed United Nations security guard ordered his cameraman to stop filming and escorted them from the venue.

McAleer has come to prominence in recent months with the release of his documentary “Not Evil Just Wrong.â€
