A few months ago, there was a couple of posts on John Murtha and how he has gotten almost 200 Million Dollars in tax money to go to the airport in his home town of Johnstown, Penn.

Thursday 9-17, Congressman Jim DeMint offered an amendment to H.R. 3288 (Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2010)

The purpose was to limit the use of funds for the John Murtha Johnstown-Cambria County Airport.

Fun fact: In 2008, airport in Barrow AK above arctic circle had 37,000 passengers, Murtha airport only had 6,700

SO HOW did the senate vote.

the amendment DID NOT PASS. so therefore, your tax money can continue to go to this airport that does not need it and because its John Murtha, the most crookedest politician alive.
