    Congressional leaders dusted themselves off Tuesday and began the tough work of finding the extra votes they need to pass a massive Wall Street bailout.

    Senate leaders announced Tuesday evening the Senate would take up a version of the bailout bill on Wednesday, with an evening vote planned.

    “It has been determined, in our judgment, this is the best thing to move forward,â€
