As Harvard Law Dean, Kagan Did Not Require Study of U.S. Constitutional Law But Did Require Study of International and Foreign Law

(CNSNews.com) – Elena Kagan, President Barack Obama’s choice to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens on the Supreme Court, is best known for moving Harvard Law School away from the 100-year old “case-law methodâ€

Obviously Kagan rejects constitutional law in favor of international law. The two are NOT compatable because one must have precedence over the other. Americans will NOT allow international law to take place of our constitution, ever.

This in itself would be enough for me to reject her.
