FOXNews misses real story on EPA’s carbon dioxide ruling!

SEE: EPA Issues Greenhouse Gas Warning Despite Concerns Over Leaked E-Mails

[b][i]“In the face of GOP opposition, the EPA on Monday declared greenhouse gases a danger to public health in a move that could pave the way for future regulation.……. EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson said in a written statement that the finding, which declares carbon dioxide and five other greenhouse gases a threat to public health, marks the start of a U.S. campaign to tackle greenhouse gas emissions.â€

FOX News misses alot.. after all, the station is owned by Rupert. Wake up. FOX News there to divert you from what is really going on... Beck there to divert you... We even saw how Lou Dobbs was there on CNN to divert us.

Forget about cable news networks... they are all government owned, government controlled propaganda media. This country the former USA is approaching Venezuala type media control.

After all.... if Obama gives you 140 billion dollars of "our, taxpayer" money.... are you going to release info. on his motives.? I don't think so. That is what he did to General Electric, that owns MSNBC and NBC. $140 billion of taxpayer money... our retirement, our children's educations, our children's futures, went to General Electric aka NBC, MSNBC.

Hats off Obama... an undocumented alien who really pulled the wool over our innocent eyes !!!

I’m still waiting for the Republican Party leadership to ask Lisa Jackson and the present Administration to point to that part of the Constitution under which the people of the United States via Article V have given their consent to allow the federal government to regulate “greenhouse gasesâ€

Supreme Court lies about EPA's statutory authority!

For the record, in the case Massachusetts v. Environmental Protection Agency decided April 2, 2007, our beloved and despotic United States Supreme Court was asked if the EPA had the “statutory authority“ to regulate greenhouse gas emissions, and if so, whether its stated reasons for refusing to do so were consistent with the statute.

On the first question the court stated [b][i]“We have little trouble concluding that it does.â€

FOXNews perpetuates myth about Supreme Court’s EPA opinion

FOXNews perpetuates myth about Supreme Court’s EPA opinion

Here is a typical example of how our big media states a myth concerning a federal power, does not challenged the constitutional legitimacy of the power in question, but goes on to discuss the oppressive consequences resulting from an agency about to exercise a power not delegated to Congress by our written Constitution.

SEE: Special Report With Bret Baier
    December 7, 2009
Panel on the EPA's Greenhouse Gas Decision

    BRET BAIER, HOST:

The issue today, the EPA has finalized its finding that greenhouse gases are a threat to public health and thereby can be regulated under the Clean Air Act according to a Supreme Court ruling.

According to a Supreme Court ruling?

The problem with these discussions is, the participants most likely have not read the Supreme Court’s opinion, and if they have they are negligent in the comments they make because the Supreme Court Ruling mentioned did not decide upon the constitutional legitimacy of the EPA exercising the power in question which has never been entrusted to Congress under our Constitution!

So why do they suggest the EPA has the regulatory power in question? It almost seems as though these talking heads intentionally work to assure the public the EPA is exercising a constitutional power which has been confirmed by the Supreme Court, which just happens to be incorrect.

    As I previously pointed out:

For the record, in the case Massachusetts v. Environmental Protection Agency decided April 2, 2007, our beloved and despotic United States Supreme Court was asked if the EPA had the “statutory authority“ to regulate greenhouse gas emissions. The court never ruled upon the constitutional legitimacy of the EPA exercising the power in question which has never been entrusted to Congress under our Constitution!
