    This is GREAT!! Good job Rand Paul!! Well said!! We have those same kind of "water saving toilets" that clog with toilet paper if you don't flush them several times. So you end up not saving any water anyway. They're a joke.

    If they want to save water should just get more of the waterless urinals, those things work like a charm.
