    This should come as a surprise to absolutely NO ONE! Let that godforsaken city fall of the cliff. It is a lost cause. Let the illegal Mexicans have it and build a 15 foot fence around it. I am sick of hearing the whining going on with cities like LA that constantly shoot themselves in the foot and then ask for first aid. I say NO bailout for LA.
