OBAMA'S WELFARE NATION:
ALL PLAY, NO WORK & STILL GET PAID

In 1996, Congress passed and Bill Clinton signed the Welfare to Work law to ensure that people living off the government dole actually had to perform some kind of work in order to receive taxpayer funded benefits. Barack Obama has now gutted that law, decreeing that reading, journaling and even doing one's own laundry count as work.

Under Obama, welfare has never been easier.

The welfare to work law was created to ensure that living off other people's money was NOT easy, and to encourage people to actually get off the couch and the welfare rolls. The law defined work and prevented ridiculous slacker attempts like journaling and reading from being counted as "work." But Barack Obama wants none of this. Obama, at every step of his career, has worked to create a "Welfare Nation", where lazy masses live off the labors of an industrious few.

Just as important, in allowing his Health and Human Services Agency to reinstate these slacker activities as "work", Obama has once again circumvented Congress and now defies the very laws Congress created.
