In July of last year, Phyllis Schlafly wrote a column detailing an agreement to create a North American Community very much like the European Union by the year 2010. President Bush had met with Mexican President Vincente Fox and [former] Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin on March 23, 2005 and adopted what is called the "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America" (SPP). Working groups have been assigned in each of the three countries to implement this plan. The plan is described in a Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) document entitled Building a North American Community.

Some of the features of this plan are:

Creating a "North American Preference" so that employers can hire low-paid workers from anywhere in North America without them having to be smuggled in.
Registration of ballistics and explosives (the "security" part of "Security and Prosperity Partnership").
Massive U. S. foreign aid and private capital for "multilateral development".
The creation of a major tax-supported fund to finance 60,000 Mexican students to study in the United States, paid for by the American people.
The "Social Security Totalization Agreement" to put illegal aliens into our already endangered Social Security system (already negotiated between the U.S. and Mexico).
The creation of a "permanent tribunal for North American dispute resolution" (a court system that does not answer to American Constitutional law).
(This sounds an awful lot like the Senate's "Immigration Reform" Bill to me…)

This trilateral agreement was signed by the President without authorization from Congress, and, judging by the outrage to the current illegal immigration situation, completely against the will of the American people as well. In reports published on World Net Daily it is revealed that the membership and "work product" of the working groups has not been disclosed or published anywhere. Though bills were introduced in both houses of Congress, those bills were never voted on, never made it out of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. I suspect, then, that our elected representatives are well aware of the agenda, but either washed their hands of it (lest they incur the ire of their constituencies), or chose to keep it under wraps. Either way, they had to have known the American people would see this as a direct assault on our sovereignty, and be deeply alarmed by it.

It was also at that 2005 meeting, which took place in Waco, that President Bush identified the "Minutemen" those citizen volunteers who took on the duty of defending our borders (as our President had pledged to do among his campaign promises) as "vigilantes." Now that the National Guard have been sent there, look for the government to begin taking control of the border "protection" and forcing the Minutemen to stand down so that they cannot further interfere with the "plan".

Jerome Corsi (author of Unfit for Command), acting on the belief that President Bush signed an unauthorized agreement to erase the borders between our three countries, has filed a "Freedom of Information Act" request for full disclosure of the agreement. Rep. Tom Tancredo (R-Colo) is demanding a full disclosure as well, including the names of the people in the SPP working groups. Corsi's attorney states that if the President "is creating a new North American union government without the full and complete knowledge of the American people, we are facing a severe constitutional crisis." I would add, that without the peoples' consent, one might even entertain the "T" word. He took an oath to "preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States". Not the people of Mexico, not the financial interests of big business, not the New World Order, the constitution of the United States . The creation of a new borderless North American state with its own laws apart from the Constitution is a violation of that oath, since the two bodies of law are ultimately incompatible, and the intention clearly is to supplant American law with the new laws. The creation of a North American superstate is a step toward our assimilation into global government. We have only to look at the European Union and the bully tactics their governing body uses to compel member states to adopt a uniform ideology to know how this will affect us.

Before the liberals out there get all excited that they can now gleefully say "I told you Bush was a liar", this did not originate with Bush, and liberals have their fingers as deeply embedded in this pie as the Neo-Cons. Bush is only carrying out the long range plans established long before he took office, just as his predecessor did, and the one before him, and so on. It is time the American people wake up and realize that our leadership (with a few notable exceptions) are all on board with this global agenda, and we are losing our country. They (or rather the wealthy elite who are truly controlling things) are robbing us of our birthright.

The Department of Homeland Security's "Fact Sheet" on the Security and Prosperity Partnership has some curiously vague language that leaves more questions than answers. For example, it states that the elected leaders called for "Ministerial-led working groups to consult with stakeholders in each country…" Who and what are the stakeholders? Whose interests are being served? Judging by the lack of concern on the part of our leaders to our bleeding, porous borders, it's not the American peoples' interests.

Also, it states, "the U.S., Canada and Mexico have agreed to transform North American preparedness for response to large-scale incidentsby establishing protocols for incident management that impact border operations" and protocols will also address "maritime incidents, cross-border public health emergencies and cross border law enforcement response." I emphasize this last part because, though I was not aware of the SPP in August of last year when Katrina devastated New Orleans, I did remark in an unpublished essay that our response had felt like a rehearsal of sorts: Among other peculiar occurrences, Canadian Mounties from Vancouver were on the ground in St. Bernard Parish within two days, where it took over a week for U.S. National Guard troops to arrive. Why were the Mounties there before our own National Guard, and why did it take so long to deploy our own guys? Calling in the National Guard is the logical thing to do in a disaster like this. It's what they're there for. In addition, Mexican troops brought humanitarian aid in what was the first military operation on American soil for them since the Mexican-American war. So there you have it: Cross-border law enforcement and cross-border public health emergency response. And, in fact, the SPP Fact Sheet states: "Recent experience with hurricanes, ice storms, industrial accidents and the like demonstrate our interdependencies, as well as the need for coordination and mutual assistance in protecting and safekeeping our populations." Prior to reading those news reports, I had been wondering if this would be an excuse to bring in U.N. troops, but that would have sent up a red flag to the American public. We have not been sufficiently prepared for that yet. But just last week, there was talk of the U.N. forming an army, a rapid reactions force that could intervene in emergency situations around the globe. How long will it be before they, too, are called in while our own troops are overstretched in military operations in the Middle East and elsewhere?

The eruption finally of this blatant move to undermine U.S. sovereignty should prompt us to examine other trends that may have their origins in this clandestine formation of a new government that is consistent with the planned global government, and is supplanting our Consitution. We've felt it for a long time: The renegade judges, clearly defying constitutional law in their rulings, making rulings that defy common sense and undermine the very things that give our nation cohesion--our foundation in faith, the sanctity of the family and national loyalty. The statutes and rulings that somehow nullify your right to free speech, especially religious speech, to privacy (unless it has to do with sexual activity, then your privacy is sacrosanct), to property, to life itself. The ongoing efforts to disarm the people, to register weapons so that eventually they can confiscate them. How can this be happening? Who has the power to stop it?

Last week, Henry Lamb reported in his column on ESR that Kofi Annan's Deputy Director, Mark Malloch Brown, had called on the United States to crack down on U. N. bashers in this country. We have a provision in our Constitution for the protection of free speech that was expressly written to protect people from being arrested or persecuted for political speech. John Bolton reportedly called on Annan to repudiate Brown's remarks, which Annan refused to do. Now, my hunch is that we will put up a good front of appearing to defend American free speech, but our leaders have signed treaties with the U. N. and we have Bill Clinton's signed executive order (#13107) to bring our country and its citizens into compliance with those treaties, we have working groups to ensure said compliance, and the Universal Declaration on Human Rights states that the rights and freedoms guaranteed in that declaration "may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations". I would bet that we will soon begin to see some signs of a "crackdown" on anti-UN speech here, despite Bolton's call for Annan to distance himself from Brown's remarks. The "diversity" agenda (designed to muzzle free speech and create ‘global citizens' who have no national ties) marches on, as formulated by the working groups assigned to enact that phase of the transposition. Look for anti-U.N. speech to somehow be incorporated into the ultra-P.C. speech codes already in educational and corporate policies in this country.

The United States of America is an endangered species, folks, and it doesn't matter which party is in power—the two parties are just pitting us against each other with passion-inflaming antagonism, while they work on a separate set of goals, much of it under the radar, all leading to the same place. There is a shadow government with its own set of laws and goals that has supplanted our republican form of government while we have been squabbling. It is being implemented through executive orders and judicial fiat and state and federal policies that working groups and federal bureaucracies, ignoring the constitutions of states and the U. S. Constitution, are enacting through financial manipulation.

I am not an economist. I don't know what the impact of removing 12,000,000 people from our economy would be. I do know what the impact of the SPP will eventually be, as with many of the other treaties and agreements our leaders have signed. It could be that allowing 12 million people to settle in before attempting to respond is a carefully calculated move to ensure that the agenda goes forward. By permitting that many to invade our country unchecked, there now exists the veiled threat of violence perpetrated by millions of angry, militant Aztlaners, all serving the purpose of advancing the globalist goals of those "stakeholders". Concerns about Mexico's upcoming election may have something to do with the lack of resolve on the part of our President and Congressional leadership in responding to this unprecedented crisis, as well. It is generally believed that a strong response from the US could result in a socialist candidate being elected to replace Fox, resulting in a more aggressive and less cooperative stance by Mexico against the U.S. Personally, I suspect that is inevitable anyway, if not this year, then at some future point. But let's not pretend this inaction is in the best interest of the American people. With the average income in this country hovering around $35,000 per year (including benefits), and the average CEO's salary at $12 million, with an ever vanishing middle class, it is becoming clear who is benefiting from this. The handwriting is on the wall.

AT least to the small percentage of people who read this particular post. PASS IT ON!! It is absolutely the truth and this knowledge is deliberately being kept from the people of this nation. You can bet your sweet bippy that the people of Mexico know all about these treaties.

I have been trying to get people to see this for over a year. I'm new at it. Others have been pointing this stuff out for years. The documents are online IN PLAIN SITE! Geeesh its in the congressional record! I kept saying to the people who post here, that "they" are not immigrants they are Migrants who believe they have a lawful right here. No one wants to believe it but IT is true. I've sent over a hundred copies of the North American Community report and people just cannot accept this "could happen" its not that it "could" happen ... it HAS happened.


This issue is bigger than lost jobs folks. It is a lost nation. OUR NATION! The MOST significant threat is that the constitutions of each country (Canada, United States and Mexico) will be REPLACED by a new constitution for the North American Union. and trust me when I tell you... you can KISS OUR GOVERNMENT FOR THE PEOPLE BY THE PEOPLE AND OF THE PEOPLE AND THE BILL OF RIGHTS good bye!

With the single exception of the citizens of The United States of America all people in this world are subjects to their governments. Those who want global government cannot afford to have the United States Continue. THINK!!

Why do you think the Netherlands REFUSED to approve the European Union Constitution? Why do you think Turkey has backed off wanting to join the EU? Why do you think Russia is backing away from the Bush doctrine of "Democracy"? Why do you think Canadians are in such a snit about Bush and their own government? They see their cultures being eraced! They see the U.S. as the culprit because of Bush and the fact the U.N. is setting right in our lap (that was a diliberate action taken years ago by people with an agenda. ) Look at France if you want a glimpse of our immediate future.

European nationalities are being eraced and they are now referred to as "world citizens". They were conned. We were just plain bushwhacked! We were kept deliberately fat, dumb and happy. Shame on us! But it is NOT too late. That treaty is illegal. The trick is getting someone to prosecute it. Support those valient representatives in the House who are drawing the line in the sand on behalf of our children and future generations in this country.

Why do you think foreign companies are controlling our ports and other critical infrastructure? There are departments within Washington who have agendas which the American public (and many other public officials ) have NO clue about.

LOOK around the world at what is occuring. And you better look NOW while you still can do it free. The U.N. is proposing global taxes and amongst other items to be taxed such as air travel, fuel etc, they will tax emails and time usage of the interenet. We will get the slow road and corporations will get the speed lane. The bill is in the House which will provide "corportate" control mechanism for the bandwidths we use.

On our 4th of July the U.N. will set forth a global gun ban treaty. Thank God for Bolton (I hope ... these people cave right left and center anymore). The ONLY ammendment that has not been hamstrung by the Patriot Act, or legislated away by dupped representatives is the 2nd ammendment. They are going for it next. They can't afford the American People to have the option of a militia. WAKE UP! Don't say it won't happen. IT HAS HAPPENED, IT IS HAPPENING! It is occuring on so many fronts it is hard to keep track of anymore.

If we do not continue to battle for the closure of that border and get this information into the general knowledge base of the people of this nation....The government for the people by the people and of the people will be HISTORY!

The truth of the situation is this. American Citizens are under attack on the southern border by an invasion in the form of a "treaty" authorizing migration. The people of this nation have been betrayed in some cases or just plain misrepresented by incompetent people in congress.

The people of this nation are expendables to corporate America as they eagerly await their expanded bottom lines. Corporations are funding the migrants. I already posted that twice in here. WAKE UP... why are they funding them?

The people of this nation have been dupped, electing the next generation of "royalty" (slip of the tongue by the P.M. of Australia). The term King George is not a pun folks, think of the pattern here... Bush (one world order), Clinton (heretofore unknown elected and signs NAFTA before his desk chair gets warm) Bush II (his assignment weaken the constitution, (Patriot Act), pack the courts with those that hold the view of the "unilateral presidency" and whose up next folks? Clinton II? Anyone read the suggestion by G.W. that Jeb be president? Hellooo ... anyone home in the United States? The information is right in front of our noses and no one has the desire to inform themselves much less take a stand until some poor "tools" of their government made the mistake of announcing this continent was theirs.

We (the people not the government) are in a defacto war with Mexico (God forbid you try to put that truth on line). We (the people) are in a defacto war with coporations eager to increase their bottom line. We (the people) are in a defacto war with some note I said "some" individuals strategically placed within our own government who go about implimenting the contracts, treaties and sales necessary to weaken this nation's defenses. We (the people) are in a defacto war with elected officials NEOCONS for lack of a better word that promote one world government. We, the only truly free people of this world are destined to become "subjects" "chattels" "slave labor citizens" dutifully paying taxes to a government in which we have no say. How many ways can I put it that the FREE PEOPLE of the world, The citizens of the United States are being exiled like our constitution and eventually erased.

The weapons of this war (so far) are behind closed doors treaties and midnight legislation as well as a conditioning of the American People with words. Those who protest (including representatives of this government) are xenophobes, nativists, nationalists, isolationist, or worse God forbid conspiracy freaks. The most vicious weapon of all is the continual assault on any thing that is remotely patriotic. Our history is subservient in many class rooms to Hispanic history. THINK ABOUT THIS!

The slow methodical process of dumming down our students, erasing references to our history, censorship of our news media. We are conditioned to be embarrassed when we are honestly defending our rights! The government of the United States are imperialists NOT the people of the United States. We are conditioned to be ashamed of our government’s actions. WAKE UP and take back the authority your constitution has given you! SPEAK OUT LOUD AND LONG! Embrace our history! And do not be lazy when it comes time to vote! YOU are responsible to know what that persons past actions have been. Its not that hard to find a vote history on your representatives.

What is so pitiful is that I am not sure some of our representatives even have a clue! And you have to ask why they don't ... there may be many answers to that question. It could be fear, it could be monetary gain, it could be just simply lack of knowledge. Think about what you didn't know six months prior to today. Whatever their motivation, they are complicit in the problem by the fact they signed the Patriot Act without reading it and handed over our power along with theirs to wage a "war on terror". They not only signed NAFTA they resigned it this MARCH! NAFTA was the first full blown move to weaken the United States and despite the fact it has clearly been "less than beneficial" to this nation they renewed it!

Why did they do this? WHO KNOWS! each has his/her own reason. It is your job to find out. The battle has many fronts but the one you can control is the voting booth (maybe).

When congress reupped NAFTA this spring I knew Washington was a weak link to pursue and have been working at a state level.

NOW the next vitally important trick is to get it on mainstream media which you won't be able to do because major media players are complicit. I can think of several other messages for those bill boards besides stop the invasion how about "STOP THE NORTH AMERICAN UNION". or try this ... it will definitely be a learning experience and separate the sheep from the wolves:

Print out a copy of the North American Community, send it to your state representative, ask him/her if they are aware of this document and the ramifications to your particular state. Send it to your federal representative or senator, ask them if they have read this document, (check first how they voted on NAFTA, FTA and GATT) ask them why they reauthorized NAFTA this spring if they voted for it since it has demonstrated such devastating affects on this nations economy, ask them where they stand point blank. Ask them their position on FTAA. IF you get an answer send it to your local newspaper and request that it be published.


People are awakening. They sense something is wrong. We need to speed up the awareness of reality for them.

WE MUST continue to battle to close those borders and protect our own sovereignty. By taking the action to personally secure our borders. We are preserving our sovereignty as a nation and people even when our government won't.

We must make our state governments aware (some already know an example would be Gov. Napolitano in AZ. There is no other logical reason for her to veto legislation approved by the people and passed by the state legislatures. Arnold is another one who is complicit.

We need to make our neighbors aware. Print out the North American Community document. Pass it out in your neighborhood with links to other sites that will confirm this information.

Send it to your local newspaper and urge them to research the information. It will be confirmed.



Think on this for a moment. We are being taxed "unfairly" to provide benefits for people who are not citizens of this nation. Our own rights are being cast aside in preference for people who are not citizens of this country. We must look to our own history for the answer to this problem... we do not have a ship full of tea to dump but we do have power it is in the purse and to some degree in our House of Representatives.

Told ya before gonna say it again ... WAKE up your neighbors show them the document, show them this article, increase your deductions to the max to reduce the amount of funds you are sending to Washington. CUT OFF THE FUNDING!

Are you aware that the IRS is not part of our government? It is a corporation. Your income tax checks up until 1997 were cashed by a holding company in England. YES you do have a lot of information to confirm but you better start doing it and while your at it consider how you can cut off the funds to get some attention. It is called the number of dependents. It is not a ship full of tea but it can have the same affect.


Here's another bit of history that will open your eyes. The Rockefeller family (world bankers) donated the land in the United States on which the U.N. sets. You know what the net worth of the Rockefeller family is? It is estimated to be 400 trillion dollars. How did they get all that money? Well they got it from the citizens of this nation paying interest on loans from the World Bank to wage wars which this nation was reluctant to get into.

ps.... you want a little graphic to wake you up .. Check out North American Strategic Corridor NASCO online you will see the super "corporate" highway tentatively set to start construction next year that runs from Mexico clear to Canada right down the middle of this country! it is 1200 feet wide and the first port of entry for the United States is in Kansas City! Send that document to the Unions who think they are going to be increasing their bottom line by additional union members... Wrong! The super highway will be traveled by NON union truckers! Educate the Unions maybe they will withdraw their support of this lunacy.

I think that's enough food for thought. NOW get off your duff. Write your congressman, EDUCATE yourself, educate your congressman and more importantly EDUCATE your neighbor!

The UN is no doubt our enemy. But then again dear old dad has been telling me that since I was but a child and now that I am an adult myself it is so painfully obvious and I have a hard time with people who refuse to see the true nature of the UN.
