We definitely need to start whittling laws.

Especially the unjust, and unConstitutional laws. Or just nullify them for not conforming to the supremacy clause.

Hey! Lets make a list. I'll go first since I've been thinking about this for a long time.

1. Repeal all laws pertaining to federal income tax as proposed by FairTax legislation, HB 25 in the US House of Representatives and SB 296 in the US Senate. That wipes out 77,000 pages of law and "codes". 15 minute roll vote in both houses and in 30 minutes or less ZAP! Gone.

2. Repeal all DEA laws pertaining to recreational drugs, replace with a simple civil code of regulations.

3. Repeal all Free Trade Treason Treaties, replace with simple tariffs.

4. Repeal all state income tax laws, replace with State FairTaxes.

5. Repeal all property tax laws, replace with Local FairTaxes.

6. Repeal all consumer vehicle annual car inspection laws.

7. Repeal all consumer vehicle registration renewal laws.

Requirements for small business licensing rescinded

Goofy EPA laws rescinded

Homeland Security dismantled along with any laws that were enacted for it. (Re-instate habeas corpus)

Repeal the National Banking Act, and all laws pertaining to it, so that banks are required to retain 100% reserves.

Either Congress buys back and dismantles, or repeals the Federal Reserve Act.

Both above will restore sound banking, and drastically reduce the Public burden.

Rescind any and all laws and mandates originating from the UN, and disolve the same.

Still on my first cup of coffee, so I'll give it more thought for specifics, as there are a boatload more. I wish I had my copy of US statutes on hand instead of in the storage unit down in Detroit. I have got to get some book shelves installed. Without all my literature and periodical prints for reference, I feel somewhat naked as it is difficult to conjure up the finer details.

Repeal all legislation that allowed companies to offshore production and services legally. (Maybe a redundancy)

All monied lobbying needs to be nixed. Politicians are already representing the largest lobbying organization in the world. The American People.

Repeal the Amendments that expanded the power of government over the people, and replace the needed ones with proper Amendments that will ensure justice without government infringement on the people, which would restore the sovereignty of the people, and Real Common Law. Where your Rights are guarded, instead of trampling them.

Actually secure the borders. Use of real military force if necessary, because of gang and violent foreign interventionists. And yes the troops will be able to defend themselves this time.

Enforce the immigration and naturalization laws. No amnesty, scamnesty, of stupid Bills that would conclude an Accord of anything like it. No more exportation of our money / currency. If you are here as a foreign worker. You must keep that money here. Only when you are physically leaving American Shores, will you be allowed to remove that wealth. (No more wire transfers overseas).
