I loved the original series, and they did not show the aliens' true lizard characteristics until well into the series. When revelation time comes on this re-make wouldn't be a hoot if instead of peeling off the human exterior and revealing a cross between Godzilla and Nancy Pelosi, the human exterior is shed and there stands an Obama clone. Meanwhile John McCain and Lindsey Graham (with GW in the background) are shown reaching, not across the aisle, but across the universe claiming these aliens just want to do work earthlings don't (which is true unless you are a cannibal).
