10 reasons to vote against the bail out

    Too good not to share.

Ten Reasons Not To Bail Out Wall Street

by Catherine Austin Fitts and Carolyn Betts, Esq.

    (1) Crime that pays is crime that stays.

There is reason to believe that Wall Street and those they represent are holding loans without collateral, multiple loans secured by the same properties, and other fraudulent instruments among the “troubled assets.â€

Today, Congress is think of adding the amendment to let us take $1000 home mortgage off on the 1040 tax form.

This needs to be changed to CREDIT CARD DEBT INSTEAD OF HOME MORTGAGE.

People who do the long schedule for tax would not get any advantage of this Bail Out.

If this does pass we need to be telling these people what the PEOPLE WANT.

    NO TO THE BAIL OUT!

Okay. The bill that Congress passed regarding the home mortgage credit:

I don't have all the deets yet, but so far here is where is stands:

    1. Available to first-time home buyers only.
    2. A cash-up-front credit, up to $10,000 (yes, ten K dollars) to be used to pay closing costs.
    3. Can be used to buy a house anytime between the date the bill was passed and April 15, 2009.
    4. The money gets paid back through the yearly personal tax return, at $500 per year, until the full amount is recovered.

Other questions are still looming on this one .. such as:
    1. Is there an income limit (people with more income get less credit, or no credit if over a certain amount)?
    2. How will the IRS know how much credit to give for those closing costs?
    3. Where are the funds going to come from?
    4. Will it be available to illegal aliens filing returns with an ITIN?

When I get more specifics, I will post them.
The flag flies at half-mast out of grief for the death of my beautiful, formerly-free America. May God have mercy on your souls.
    RIP USA 7/4/1776 - 11/04/2008
