Gingrich Backs Obamacare's Requiring Health Insurance
Gingrich Backs Obamacare's Individual Mandate Requiring Health Insurance
Sunday, 15 May 2011 07:18 PM
By Newsmax Wires
Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said Sunday that he strongly supports a federal mandate requiring citizens to buy health insurance – a position that has been rejected by many Republicans, including several who likely will be running against him for the Republican presidential nomination.

Buh Bye, Newt. Did you really think that you could win a Republican Primary telling 87% of our party who are totally, completely and irrevocably against Obama Care and any type of Individual Mandate from the Federal Government to purchase anything let alone health insurance against our will, post a bond or report to the Federal Government about the most private aspects of our lives such as health care to obtain a government subsidy, that you support it!! Are you insane??!!
Oh no, Newt. You can't win a Republican primary supporting mandated health insurance. You have no idea the wrath of our party that will be spewed on you from this day forward until you withdraw your name from this race.
So it's been a busy week for Republican Presidential Candidate Suicide. Ron Paul shot himself in the head supporting amnesty for illegal aliens. Mitch Daniels shot himself in the heart when he appointed an Indiana Supreme Court Justice who destroyed the protection of the 4th Amendment in Indiana. Newt Gingrich shoots himself in the gut supporting mandatory health insurance. And, Mike Huckabee laid down before he got in the race.
I expect more to come. Thank God we're finding out what these frauds and phonies actually think and truly believe early enough to kick their butts out of the race. It may not be divine intervention, but it's something close enough to wonder about it.

While I agree with all posted in this thread conservatives must not lose sight of the person we must defeat, Obama. If we tear apart the party during the primary not sure the winning candidate can bring all together prior to general election and right now not looking good.
The media knows the above and they will continue to tear at GOP candidates like never before. The media "IS" the Obama reelection committee.I'm old with many opinions few solutions.
