Sheriff's deputies investigate stabbing in Montana Vista

EL PASO COUNTY, TX —
El Paso County Sheriff’s officials said two people were taken to the hospital after a stabbing in the Montana Vista area early Sunday morning.
Sheriff’s spokesperson Angelica Becerra said at least one man was confirmed stabbed and another man suffered unknown injuries after a fight broke out on the 3600 block of Portales around 4 a.m.
The two victims were transported to local hospitals.
Becerra said the Crime’s Against Person’s unit is investigating and that the suspect will be charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
There is no word yet on the severity of the victim's injuries.

PITTSBURGH (AP) — Police say at least four people have been stabbed inside a Pittsburgh Target store, and a suspect has been arrested.

Officers were called to the store in the East Liberty section of the city shortly after 5:30 p.m. Monday.

Police say four or five people were injured, but the extent of the injuries isn't immediately clear.

KDKA-TV reports that some victims were stabbed multiple times, but none of the injuries were believed to be life-threatening.

A man was arrested at the scene.
