FGM is severe child abuse. Parents caught doing this should be jailed for life. It does not matter where the abuse took place. The child has rights in the United States to protection from this insanity. If American parents sent their child overseas to be mutilated they would be jailed as soon as the mutilation was discovered. It matters not where the abuse took place.

This is and outrage!!! Where is NOW? Hiding under their desks in Washington????

I'm sure this association supported Obama Care, so you know where that's going. It's an absolute outrage. Any doctor that does this to a child should be sent to prison. End of Story.

This is what happens when you import doctors, they become part of your medical establishment and as such become part of your ethics standards and drive policy based on foreign cultures, instead of our own.
